The company is also actively participating in the competition, which brings us additional attraction to us."

It also said that the acquisition of FELT Bicycles includes three parts: the acquisition of FELT brand assets, the company's assets in Europe and North America, and the integration of global labor into the team structure of PIERER E-Bikes GmbH.
